Inventory Management Challenge Resolution Report [Manufacturing Industry Edition]

Koreal solves issues with the introduction of an inventory management system.

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the inventory management system "Koreal" at Tosa Dyeing Co., Ltd., a manufacturing company. Previously, inventory management was done through handwritten analog methods, but as the first step towards digital transformation (DX), we decided to implement the cost-effective "Koreal" inventory management system. After the implementation, we achieved DX in inventory management by sharing inventory between the headquarters and each factory. We registered "Headquarters and Each Factory" as a major category for storage locations and registered "Employee Names" as a subcategory. The "Koreal" inventory management system allows for "unlimited" additional account registrations and "free account registration," enabling us to register "all employees" for secure usage.
